Guava roll recipe

Ingredients for making guava roll:
200 grams of wheat flour
80 grams of butter at room temperature
60 grams of sugar
1 egg unit
250 grams of guava
How to make guava roll:
It's very simple to make this guava sweet! Start by preparing the dough, mixing the flour, butter and sugar in a bowl with your fingertips, until it becomes crumbly. Add the egg and mix everything, until it becomes a smooth and homogeneous mass.
Shape the dough into a ball and roll it out to form a circle. Using a knife or cutter, cut into triangles as shown in the photograph.
On the widest part of the triangles, place a piece of guava and roll it from there, in order to get a kind of croissant. Place on a greased oven tray or with parchment paper, and bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for about 35 minutes.
After baking, the guava paste will be ready! Wait for it to cool before serving sprinkled with icing sugar, and bon appetit!
